Your Unique Spiritual Path

Orientation without prescription

For some people, midlife and later adulthood bring not only psychological or practical questions, but spiritual ones.

These questions may not fit comfortably within organised religion, belief systems, or contemporary spirituality.

Unless specifically requested, this work does not offer a spiritual system, teaching, or path to follow.

Instead, it supports people in learning how to find their own way.

The stance of this work

My approach to spiritual enquiry is:

  • non-prescriptive

  • non-ideological

  • grounded in lived experience

  • respectful of uncertainty

What matters is the gradual development of honesty, discernment, and inner knowing that opens the way to one’s own truth.

How this work may support people

This work may resonate with people who:

  • feel spiritually curious but wary of belief systems

  • are questioning long-held assumptions about meaning or purpose

  • sense a deeper enquiry emerging later in life

  • are looking for clarity

The emphasis is on orientation, not attainment.

Boundaries

This work is not:

  • spiritual direction in a religious sense

  • emotional or existential rescue

It remains grounded, reflective, and contained.

It is there to help you discover what is wise and true for you.

Context and structure

Spiritual enquiry may form part of the work on transitions.

This work is offered within the work on transitions where appropriate.

It is also offered as an independent inquiry.

Working together

All work is offered online, one-to-one, in time-limited blocks of four sessions at a time.

This approach allows the work to remain focused, reflective, practical and contained.

The first step - a 20-minute exploratory conversation

Before any commitment, I offer an exploratory conversation.

This is a calm, practical discussion — not an assessment or obligation — intended to:

  • clarify what brings you now

  • check whether this way of working fits your situation

  • decide together whether working together feels appropriate

If it is not a good fit, I will say so openly.

Fees

Fees reflect seniority, depth, and the finite nature of the work.

Should we decide to work together, the fee for each four-session block is: £580.
