It will help you be more in touch with the sensations, impulses, emotions and the felt sense in your body.
And, it will help you to create a greater distance from your unruly mind.
Find a time when you will not be disturbed for 20 minutes.
Sit or lie comfortably and listen to the track.
Don’t try to do anything else at the same time.
